Chiropractic Adjustments
Precise, targeted adjustments that restore joint motion and take pressure off irritated nerves. Specific to what the body needs that visit, not a routine protocol.
Joint Mobilization
For areas that are inflamed or guarded, controlled gentle movement addresses stiffness and restores healthy motion. Useful when a full adjustment isn't the right call that day.
Active Release Technique (ART)
Precise soft tissue work that addresses restricted muscle and fascia, applied manually or with an ArthroStim. Particularly useful for recurring tightness and overuse patterns.

Membership is available after your first visit ($150). Prefer to pay as you go? Follow-up visits are $80. At three visits a month, the individual plan already costs less than paying per visit.

Membership fits patients whose bodies do best with regular care. That can mean a recurring pattern, a heavy training schedule, long desk weeks, or a family that wants everyone moving well. Because every visit runs on the walk-in model, showing up takes no planning at all.
The goal is never visits for their own sake. Care aims at the frequency that keeps you moving well, and Dr. Stein helps each member find it rather than inflate it. That restraint is part of what makes Stein Chiropractic different.
What to Expect
Your first visit is $150 and starts with a conversation. You get an assessment, an adjustment if your body is ready for one, and clear guidance either way. Membership can begin that same day or any day after. There is never pressure to decide.

Is a membership visit different from a regular visit?
No. Members get the same care and the same doctor as every other patient. The only thing membership changes is how you pay.
Can I switch between membership and pay-per-visit?
Yes. Membership is month to month, so you can move to per-visit care whenever your needs change and rejoin later if regular care makes sense again. Your history stays with the practice throughout.
Who is covered on the family plan?
Both partners and every child in the household under 18, with unlimited visits for each person. Kids receive pediatric chiropractic care with light, age-appropriate technique.
