Chiropractic Adjustments
Precise, targeted adjustments that restore joint motion and take pressure off irritated nerves. Specific to what the body needs that visit, not a routine protocol.
Joint Mobilization
For areas that are inflamed or guarded, controlled gentle movement addresses stiffness and restores healthy motion. Useful when a full adjustment isn't the right call that day.
Active Release Technique (ART)
Precise soft tissue work that addresses restricted muscle and fascia, applied manually or with an ArthroStim. Particularly useful for recurring tightness and overuse patterns.
